Current Positions:

Experienced Account Executives

Responsibilities:

Responsible for converting generated leads into loans. Originates non-prime, government, and prime loans.Enters all leads into Prospect. Maintains follow-up system to work leads.
Handle inquiries from consumers' responding to Opulent Mortgage advertising
Conduct the sales call in accordance with Opulent Mortgage best practices.
Identify the customers needs and provides appropriate loan solutions or advise.
Converts leads into applications and funded loans at or above company standards .
Responsible for all client contact.
Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with applicants.
Keep up to date on changes with rules and regulations pertaining to agency, government, and portfolio mortgages as directed by management.
Responsible for submitting a complete package
Maintain a professional image and standard consistent with company policies and procedures.
Maintains the working knowledge of all of our loan products and programs. Understands the application of Underwriting guidelines in structuring loan alternatives.

Qualifications:

We're looking for unique individuals with knowledge in all aspects of loan origination. Proven sales talent with creative problem solving, negotiation and deal structuring skills will qualify you for consideration. The minimum requirement is 2-3 years of mortgage origination experience.
