Holmes and Jeff Meadows, Senior Executive Loan Officers, will assume the additional titles of Executive Directors of Business Development, and will lead the new expansion effort for the east coast regional division. “We feel this new structure will help reinvent the company. We consider this to be Opulent’s single most important initiative for 2006.” Michael and Jeff expressed the importance of diversification and developing new business lines while the company is performing at its best. Opulent is ramping up for significant growth in its Broker Division which is headed by industry veterans Michael A. Holmes and Jeff Meadows, the Opulent Broker Division presently has openings in its east coast regional divisions for loan originators. Holmes and Meadows expect to increase the LO representative numbers by the end of September, 2006. To reach its recruitment targets, Opulent will initiate an aggressive campaign throughout 2006. “We’re an attractive employer to any professional loan originator,” said Michael. “Few mortgage companies provide their brokers with a multi-state selling territory and a home base business opportunity.” Opulent Mortgage, Inc. looks to add more than 50 new positions through the Second half of 2006.
